Flavors

Where can I see a list of all of your flavors?

We have a list of Flavors. Some flavors are available only in Mini Cups while others are only available in Pints. We do have seasonal flavors on rotation. Our Time out flavor will move to seasonal when they become available.

For custom flavors for your restaurant or business, please contact us directly. We can certainly resurrect our Time Out flavor for wholesale.

I’m looking for a particular flavor but I can’t find it.

Definitely contact us. We do many custom flavors for individuals, restaurants and businesses.

Can we mix the flavors for our order?

You can mix and match your order through our Order Page.

Shipping

Can I have my order arrive on a specific date?

Yes! You can choose the delivery date during check-out. Delivery will occur at the earliest 3 days after payment is received. Please make sure that someone is available to receive your order on the delivery date.

How long does it take to process my online order?

Online order is  processed daily. However, we do not process online order on Saturday and Sunday. We will respond to all your email inquiry on the next business day. For ice cream emergencies, please contact us via WhatsApp on 081 807097888 .

Ingredients & nutritional information

I’m allergic to nuts and/or eggs, does your equipment process these foods?
Peanuts, other nuts, dairy, soy, eggs, wheat/gluten, strawberries & other common allergens have come in contact with our machines. Please contact us and notify us if you have severe food allergies before consuming our products.  Please check our Ingredients & Allergy page for more details.

Gifts

If I want to order a few hampers, can I send them to different addresses?

Yes you can! Email us your recipient list and we can deliver them to each of your recipient on your behalf. Or we can send them all to you and you can deliver them yourself. Please not that our shipping cost is charged per address. Please ensure that there will be someone receiving the hampers on the day you requested.

What is included in the packing slip inside each box?

Please notify us if you are sending ice cream as gifts. We will include packing slip instead of invoice in your order. Our packing slip does not include any pricing information. It does have the enclosure message, recipients information, purchaser’s information and product details.
